Partnership Board
The Board of Trustees currently has 11 members who have entire responsibility for the management of the business. The Trustees meet at least 4 times a year and most of the Trustees also sit on Committees to review key areas of activity such as finance, HR and the development of new activities. The CEO works closely with the Board of Trustees and carries out the day-to-day running of the organization. 
 

Youth Board
The Youth Board debate the same issues as the Partnership Board. The Youth Board currently comprises 14 members: 6 from Kent Youth County Council (KYCC) and 8 from the Connexions U-Chat groups.  Members of the Youth Board represent the views of young people across Kent.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is responsible for monitoring and reporting on matters that will affect the financial viability of Connexions and ensures that Connexions complies with financial obligations such as Audit and annual statutory financial statements. Members of the Audit Committee consist of Internal and External Auditors, two Trustees and our Head of Corporate Services.

HR Committee
The HR Committee is responsible for monitoring the HR issues across Connexions. This Committee comprises Trustees of the Partnership Board, which includes an HR specialist.

Business Development Committee
This Committee is responsible for securing business opportunities that will develop Connexions future strategy. This Committee consists of members from the Partnership Board that have expertise in bid writing and in setting up Social Enterprises.
