In year 11 we ask you to complete a form called “What Next” which gives us information about your personal details and what ideas you have for the future, so that we can offer you the right support.
We keep these details on our secure computer system so that we can tell you about opportunities and make sure you are treated fairly. You ask to see your records at any time, for more information speak to your Personal Adviser.
What you tell your Personal Adviser is confidential. However, on occasions we might need to share your information with someone else in order to help you, such as a college or training provider.
There might be times when we will need to share your information with someone else without asking you first. This would only be if we think you might be at risk of being harmed, there is a threat to your life or someone’s else’s or you need urgent medical attention. We will tell you if we have passed your information on to anyone else.
