You can get help by visiting your local Connexions Access Points (CAP) where you can talk to a Personal Adviser, use the internet to search for jobs or courses, get up to date information on grants or benefits or check out the vacancy board for the latest jobs in your area. There is also a wide range of leaflets available to take away.
