How can Connexions help me?
- Connexions Personal Advisers are specially trained to help young people
- They are there to listen, talk things through with you and offer advice
- They can also arrange for more specialist help if you need it
- They offer free help and support if you want to find out about courses, talk about career options, are thinking about volunteering or are looking for a job or training opportunity
- You can also talk to a Connexions Personal Adviser in confidence about a health, relationship, drugs, housing issue or if you want to know what benefits are available to you.
Personal Advisers will:-
- Listen to you
- Not judge you or tell you what to do
- Talk to you in confidence
- Help you to consider your options
- Help you to make a plan for making changes in your life

How do I contact a Personal Adviser?
- You can contact a Personal Adviser in your school or college, your teacher/tutor will know how to contact them
- Drop in to one of our Connexions Access Points. Find us for details
- Through your youth or community group – talk to your youth worker, youth offending officer or carer – they will know about the Connexions service and can help you talk to a Personal Adviser
